Compilation of material from a 2015 EP (tracks 1 and 3) and 2016 split with Ecferus (track 2), both released by Black Horizons. The first two tracks are settings of poems from Joyce Mansour's "Where The Wound Writhes".
I love this whole album. It's a masterpiece, truly. I almost wish it weren't so fucking fantastic, because if it weren't, it wouldn't be so gods-damned infuriating that my shitbag mailman bent my fucking vinyl when he was putting it into my box.
May be contract 6 doses of gonorrhea, and recover from all but the first. Blxculx
By principal, I should’ve liked Skáphe from the start. Psychedelic black metal claustrophobia is all in my wheelhouse, but it baffled me for months and demanded a closer listen to truly let it stick. It stuck.
